个人简介
从事极端环境新型功能防护涂层跨尺度结构设计及表界面行为研究。2011年博士毕业于中科院兰州化学物理研究所,师从薛群基院士。任职中科院海洋新材料与应用技术重点实验室主任、中国机械工程学会表面工程分会青年学组主任、中国机械工程学会表面工程分会第六届委员会委员、非金属耐蚀材料及先进制备技术委员会副主任委员。《中国表面工程》、《摩擦学报》编委会委员,《材料保护》第一届青年编委会委员。入选中科院“西部之光”人才计划、浙江省WR、江苏省双创人才,荣获2019年度温诗铸枫叶奖-优秀青年学者奖。主持国家杰出青年基金、联合基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目、两机重大专项课题、民用航天项目、中科院重点部署项目、中科院STS项目、浙江省尖兵计划、浙江省杰出青年基金等国家级、省部级项目18项,授权发明专利55件,美国专利1件,发表SCI/EI论文200余篇,合作编著专著3部,制定和参与制定行业及团体标准7件,获国家技术发明二等奖(排名3)、第二十三届中国专利奖银奖(排名1)、浙江省科技进步一等奖(排名2)、甘肃省技术发明一等奖(排名3)、省自然科学三等奖(排2)、航天集团技术发明奖(排名2)、中国腐蚀与防护学会科学技术奖(排名5)。
